  • The Hwy 79 Corridor Authority was created by interlocal agreement between Washington County, Holmes County, and the City of Bonifay to enhance and expand economic development within the geographic area comprising the Authority and to acquire, plan for, develop, fund, construct, own, maintain, manage, improve, operate, and, at its option, dispose of the authority facilities and projects within such area.

  • Notice of Intended Decision of Award

  • Any bid award recommendation may be protested on the grounds of irregularities in the specifications, bid procedure, or the evaluation of the bid by filing a Notice of Intent to Challenge. Such Notice of Intent to Challenge shall be filed in writing with the Highway 79 Corridor Authority General Manager, Attention: Stephanie Garcia, 1331 1500 Mahan Dr Ste 250 Tallahassee, FL 32308 within 72 consecutive hours after posting of this Notice of Intent to Award.

  • This Interlocal Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this day of February, 2016 by and between WASHINGTON COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, HOLMES COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and the CITY OF BONIFAY, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida.
